Return Policy
We, (Greenloom
Handicraft Exports Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as ‘Greenloom’, and
the owner of the website Greenhandlooms.com) value our customers and try our
best to deliver products in good condition. If any of our products are received
in a damaged condition, then the same can be returned as per our policy below:
1) If your product arrives in a damaged
condition, please take the following actions:
a) click a photograph of the product
showing the damaged portion,
b) click a photograph of the Bar Code
printed in the product or its packing,
c) email both the photographs to us
within 72 hours of receiving the product.
2. Damaged products
can only be returned if we are intimated about it as mentioned in point # 1
above. The return policy for each product is mentioned on our website under the
link ‘Return Policy’.
3. On receiving your
return request, the Customer Care Team at Greenloom verifies and approves the
request. Thereafter, we will arrange to pick up the product within 7 working
days of approving your request.
4. Please ensure that
the product is in original and unused condition. All labels, price tags,
original packing and invoice has to be returned with the product.
5. We may not be in a
position to replace certain products which is clearly mentioned in the website.
In such cases, refund can be made in one of the following two ways:
a. Credit vouchers for
the full value of the goods returned can be issued by us. These credit vouchers
can be used to purchase any other products from our website within 6 months of
their date of issue.
b. Money can be
refunded to the account/source from which it was received.
6. We will send you an
email asking you how you want the refund to be made within 2 working days of
the approval of your return request.
7. The refund will be
initiated within 3 working days of receiving your preference. Credit Vouchers
will be issued immediately when the refund is processed. Money refund will be
concluded in 7 working days.
8. Please note that
handmade products, unlike those made by machines are likely to have minor
variations in colour, size, printing etc. Returns citing such reasons will be
unfair to our artisans and craftsmen and will be rejected. However, if the
product(s) is/are received in a damaged state, then we will replace or refund
the full value.
9. Products that are
‘made to order’ or customized cannot be returned or replaced.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your
order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancelation request will be accept
after 24 hours.
