Greenloom Handicraft Exports Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as “Greenloom”, the owner of the website greenhandlooms.com uses the services of reputed national couriers to ship your products.

1.            Shipping within India:

·          Orders of ₹ 1,500 or above – FREE

·          Orders below ₹ 1,499 – Charged at a flat rate of ₹ 100.

2.            Payment of duties and taxes:

·          Within India     :         Price includes GST

3.            Shipment Time: within India

·          If Goods are in Stock           :            within 7 working days

·          If Goods are not in Stock   :            As mentioned in the product page

4.            Unexpected delays in delivery due to reasons beyond our control like, strikes, weather conditions, natural calamities, breakdown in services, war etc. will be intimated to you, if the situation arises.

5.            Changes in address will be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. Billing and delivery address may be different. You may also order on behalf of someone, which is to be mentioned while placing the order.

6.            You may also gift products from our website/catalogue. We can add a personalised message on your behalf to announce the gift.

7.            We will email your package tracking information to you as soon as it is shipped.

8.            You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancelation request will be accept after 24 hours.
